Meet the family

Hi, we're Harrison and Rachel Lewis. We moved to Chattanooga, TN in 2009. We started Orchard & Ridge Living in 2025. The work we've done here is simple: we buy older houses that other folks pass on and put them back together the right way — solid roofs, honest plumbing and wiring, kitchens you're proud of, and rooms that stay warm in January.

7 properties so far, 14 homes with a family living in them. Every one of them is a home we'd be comfortable having our own family live in. We live here, we answer our own phone, and when something breaks we're the ones who show up.
